Convention Booth Attendant

The Doctor Who Society is looking for passionate volunteers to assist with Booth Management at various conventions this 2023 season. A DWSC Booth Attendant will Work collaboratively with the Doctor Who Society convention fundraising team to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience for convention attendees.

Being a volunteer convention booth attendant will involve tasks such as,

• Engaging with convention attendees to invite potential donors and new memberships into the booth

• Completing monetary transactions for raffle tickets, memorabilia, etc.

• Assisting booth visitors in taking photos with booth props and decor

• Assisting with booth set-up and tear-down before and after the convention hours

Time Commitment:

Booth attendants are expected to be available for at least one of the scheduled convention days and at least three to four hours of the convention day. More hours are available depending on availability and interest.
