Convention Booth AttenÐant

The Ðoctor Who Society is looking for passionate volunteers to assist with Booth Management at various conventions. A ÐWSC Booth Attendant will work collaboratively with the Ðoctor Who Society convention fundraising team to provide a memorable & enjoyable experience for convention attendees.

Being a volunteer convention booth attenÐant will involve tasks such as:

• Engaging with convention attendees to invite potential donors & new memberships into the booth

• Completing monetary transactions for donations (raffle tickets, memorabilia, etc.)

• Assisting booth visitors in taking photos with booth props & decor

• Assisting with booth set-up & tear-down before & after the convention hours

Time Commitment:

Booth attendants are expected to be available for at least one of the scheduled convention days & at least three to four hours of the convention day. More hours are available depending on availability & interest.
