Eleventh Doctor Matt Smith is poised to appear in a number of upcoming projects, but fast approaching is the release of the much anticipated "Pride And Prejudice And Zombies", an alternative take on the literary classic by Jane Austin. Smith has been cast as Mr. Collins, a parson who's looking for a wife and has his eyes set on Bennett played by Lily James (Downton Abbey).
Principal photography started in late September for the adaptation of the Seth Grahame-Smith novel, who also penned "Abraham Lincoln, Vampire Hunter". Burr Steers directs with Lena Headey, Lily James, Sam Riley, Jack Huston, Bella Heathcote and Douglas Booth starring alongside Matt Smith.
North American release is set for February 5, 2016.
